Ntiva, a Cogent client backed by Southfield Capital, is a managed services, cloud and cybersecurity provider headquartered in McLean, VA. In December 2018 Ntiva acquired accounting and finance vertical oriented managed services provider (MSP) Network Alliance, based in Reston, VA. The transaction, sourced and advised by Cogent Growth Partners as the buy-side intermediary for Ntiva, adds new verticals for Ntiva and strengthens an already solid Ntiva technical service staff.

Texas MSP Data Systems Technology Acquires Unicom, Led By Cogent

Data Systems Technology Solutions has acquired Unicom Technologies Inc., a regional IT-provider for banks and credit unions, with Cogent Growth Partners leading the way. Both companies are located in Texas. Together, Data Systems Technology Solutions and Unicom plan to support credit unions, local and regional banks in Texas and the Southwest United States.
