  • Dedicated Cybersecurity (offense or defense services) or a managed security services provider (MSSP) with an inhouse security operations center (SOC).
  • Clients can be SMB to enterprise in size.
  • Sales should be to mainly dedicated clients to the provider and not as a sub-contract/white label scenario.
  • Revenue range desired is $5,000,000 or greater with 50% of revenue or greater being service sales, and a 10% or greater trailing 12 month adjusted EBITDA.

Location Criteria:

  • Should cover a clientele geo of multiple states or larger (regional, national, etc) anywhere in the US.

Candidate Criteria:

  • Provides typical MSP services such as workstation, server, network, and cloud support including help desk and NOC.
  • Industry vertical expertise, especially in highly regulated industries, is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Clients can be SMB to lower mid-market in size.
  • Revenue range desired is $2,000,000 to $10,000,000 with 70% of revenue or greater being service sales, 40% of revenue or greater in annual recurring revenue, and a 10% or greater trailing 12 month adjusted EBITDA.

Location Criteria:

  • Located in New England locations within 100 miles of Boston.

ARIZONA MANAGED SERVICES PROVIDER

Candidate Criteria:

  • Provides typical MSP services such as workstation, server, network, and cloud-based services including help desk and NOC.
  • Industry vertical expertise is not necessary with Clients in the SMB market.
  • Revenue range desired is $2,000,000 to $20,000,000 with 60% of revenue or greater being service sales, 40% of revenue or greater in annual recurring revenue, and a 10% or greater trailing 12 month adjusted EBITDA.

Location Criteria:

  • Candidate should be located within 25 miles of Phoenix.

EASTERN TEXAS MANAGED SERVICES PROVIDER

Candidate Criteria:

  • Provides typical MSP services such as workstation, server, network, and cloud-based services including help desk and NOC.
  • Industry vertical expertise, especially in highly regulated industries, is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Clients should be in the SMB -market in size (25 to 250 users).

  • Managed service, cloud service, and cyber security services specifically delivered to a mid-market client base (150 to 5000 users).
  • Should have a Microsoft service/product focus with Cisco based networking a plus.
  • Revenue range desired is $3,000,000 to $10,000,000 with 70% of revenue or greater being service sales and a 10% or greater trailing 12 month adjusted EBITDA.

Location Criteria:

  • Candidate should be headquartered, and customers located mainly, in any of Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Georgia, or Florida.

LARGE SMB FOCUSED MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER

Candidate Criteria:

  • Provides typical MSP services such as workstation, server, network, and cloud support including help desk and NOC as well as basic cybersecurity services. Any other recurring revenue services a plus.
  • Industry vertical expertise, especially in highly regulated industries, is a plus, but not necessary with the candidate.
  • Clients should be in the SMB -market in size (20 to 250 users).
  • Revenue range desired is $8,000,000 to $25,000,000 with 50% of revenue or greater being service sales, 35% of revenue or greater in annual recurring revenue, and a 10% or greater trailing 12 month adjusted EBITDA ($1,000,000 floor).

Location Criteria:

  • Candidate must be located within 50 miles of any major US city.

SPECIALIST IN IT HEALTHCARE SERVICE TO GOVERNMENT ENTITIES

Candidate Criteria:

  • IT Healthcare Services focused provider in the Government Sector (HHS, VA, DHA, Vet Admin) with large private sector clients a plus.
  • Clients not in government should be a Mid-market and/or Enterprise in size (250+ users).
  • Revenue range desired is $5,000,000 to $60,000,000 with 50% of revenue or greater being service sales, 40% of revenue or greater in annual contractual revenue, and a 10% or greater trailing 12 month adjusted EBITDA ($1,000,000 floor).

Location Criteria:

  • Candidate can be located anywhere in the US.

IT BUSINESS CONSULTING SPECIALISTS

Candidate Criteria:

  • IT Consultancy specializing in either SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM On-premises, CRM Online, AX (ERP), SAP Business One, Business Intelligence, App Dev, or IoT.
  • Clients should be SMB to Mid-market in size (25 to 5000 users).
  • Revenue range desired is $5,000,000 to $12,000,000 with majority of revenue being service sales and a 10% or greater trailing 12 month adjusted EBITDA.

Location Criteria:

  • Candidate can be located within 50 miles of any “NFL” city in the US or Toronto, Canada.

MICROSOFT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOCUSED IT PROVIDER

Candidate Criteria:

  • IT services firm that has a strong background in Microsoft related professional services (projects oriented). Could be an MSP, if strong in MS projects.
  • Capabilities include design, build, implement, customize, migrate skills in Azure, O365, MS service stack architecture and design.
  • Typical clients would be 500 to 5000 user firms.
  • Revenue range desired is $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 and a 5% or greater trailing 12 month adjusted EBITDA.

Location Criteria:

  • A candidate HQ location in the New York City Metro area is preferred but can be located in a major city in the central or eastern time zones.
